Job Summary:
Malanai LLC is recruiting a Paralegal to support the US Department of Transportation (DOT) National Highway and Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) effort. The Paralegal will be involved in several legal assistance duties specific to the Import and Certification Division (NEF-230), Office of Vehicle Safety Compliance, under the Associate Administrator for En-forcement. Duties may include examining cases files to determine any legal issues and sufficien-cy of evidence or documentation.
